On the afternoon of December 9th, the 7th Village Assembly of China's Internet Writers Village, the IP Direct Access Special Session, and the opening ceremony of the National Animation Industry Base Incubation Service Innovation Model Room were held at the Electric Soul Cultural Space · Silicon Valley Library.

The National Animation Industry Base Incubation Service Innovation Model Room landed at the Electric Soul Entertainment Industry Park. Electric Soul Network, as a digital entertainment company that grew from the National Animation Industry Base, fully integrated the advantages of the park in terms of incubation space, venture capital resources, and cultural space support when constructing the model room, providing a comprehensive and multi-level incubation platform for cultural industry entrepreneurs in Hangzhou.

Yu Qian, Director of the Audiovisual Integration Development Department of the Provincial Department of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism, Zhou Ye, Deputy Director of the Hangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Development Center, Zhai Huiqing, Member of the District Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, and Li Lin, General Manager of Hangzhou Qingly Investment Management Co., Ltd., jointly inaugurated the National Animation Industry Base Incubation Service Innovation Model Room (Electric Soul Park).

The signing ceremony for the first batch of enterprises to settle in the National Animation Industry Base Incubation Service Innovation Model Room was held on site. Currently, the model room has attracted more than 30 enterprises mainly engaged in gaming, esports, animation production, artificial intelligence, and software development, preliminarily forming an industrial cluster atmosphere.

Chen Fang, Vice President of Electric Soul Network and Chairman of Zhejiang Electric Soul Public Welfare Center, attended the event and held a signing ceremony for the "Culture Supporting Rural Revitalization" project.
